National BGM conference on the topic of resilience
On September 18, the national BGM Conference 2024 will take place in the Kursaal Bern under the title "Destination Resilience - Strengthening Companies and Employees". In times of new work, digitalization, labour shortages and crises, companies are being called upon to strengthen their options for action to the highest degree.
And to ensure that the organization as a whole remains in balance and that individual employees are able to deal with the continuous changes and stresses as well as possible. But what can we do to support the development of greater resilience at organizational, team and employee level?
